During this time of Demographic Revolution when approximately 50% of our population will soon be over 50 at the same time for the first time in history, many of us find ourselves getting major wake-up calls when we are either called upon to support late end of life passages of those we love or we begin our own journey in these stages. We find ourselves discovering how unprepared our aging loved ones are, as well as our government, institutions, businesses and the majority of people we know for both the challenges and opportunities of these stages. So we believe we can and must do better to support those we love and we ourselves to live and age more consciously.
